Job Summary/Objective

We are currently seeking to hire an internal IT professional to directly oversee our organization’s information technology strategy. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for working with our extended information technology team to achieve goals, provide cost- effective solutions, and ensure daily operations. This position provides technical support and assistance with the organization’s computer networks and systems towards our zero-downtime initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Budget development.
  • Oversee IT strategy.
  • Develop, implement and manage computing systems software.
  • Perform routine software maintenance.
  • Document all IT related task and procedures per policy.
  • Provides technical support identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems with computer software and hardware for problems specific to the organization’s computer networks and systems.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert internally for security tool sets.
  • Performing security assessments and making recommendations.
  • Designing, maintaining and training incident response procedures.
  • Collaborates with extended IT team to explain errors and/or recommend modifications to systems and networks.
  • Manages software or hardware lifecycles with extended IT team.
  • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
  • Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
  • Performs system tests and collaborates with employees to resolve issues and errors.
  • Works with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications.
  • Uses structured and cost analysis to identify and recommend updates to the current network and computer systems.
  • Drafts informational materials and graphics to explain systems to managers and users.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by manager.

  • At least four years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Summary/Objective

As a member of the Production Team, The Electrical Panel Builder works within the team to achieve production goals. The position is responsible for constructing electrical panel assemblies that meet customer and UL requirements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings to determine the layout of electrical components and equipment
  • Assemble and wire electrical control panels to UL specifications. Typical processes include drilling, tapping and mounting of components
  • Connect wiring and high voltage cables, mount sensors, install circuits and switches, assemble housings, etc.
  • Complete enclosure assembly including air conditioning unit, programming ports, stack lights, wiring of external components, etc.
  • Ensure electrical panel assemblies match customer needs when constructed
  • Develop and maintain a focus on troubleshooting and creative problem solving. Assist engineers with the troubleshooting of equipment issues when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all production areas at all times
  • Understand and adapt to schedule changes – i.e., frequent changes to the production schedule caused by fluctuation in customer demand
  • Electrical build, including mounting electrical devices, on equipment assembled in the shop
  • Support on conveyor and equipment builds, vendor integration, and value engineering
  • Perform maintenance repair on shop equipment as needed
  • Perform other duties, as assigned by management

Competencies

  • Prior experience assembling electrical control panels

Job Summary/Objective

The Project Manager is responsible for successful execution of all project phases from development to installation and commissioning of packaging equipment for bottlers, robotic case packing and palletizing, and case packing and packing equipment for tray, film and shrink wrapping. The Project Manager will act as a central point of contact, communication, coordination, and reporting for all stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal IPM, and consultants) involved in the project. The Project Manager will exhibit successful project management and budgeting skills to ensure projects are on time and within budget. Ability to allocate resources, schedule appropriate timelines & resources, establish subcontract agreements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Follow PMI standards to oversee all phases of project lifecycles; initiation, planning, execution and closure.
  • Determine, develop, and manage resource requirements, budgets, and schedules for projects.
  • Procure necessary resources such as project equipment, supplies and staffing against time-critical deadlines.
  • Responsible for oversight of application engineering and engineering concept/idea.
  • Create and modify project layouts, plans and documentation. Track and report variances.
  • Manage the timely and professional communication of project status with customers, OEM vendors and IPM staff.
  • Provide risk assessment and assemble risk management plans and work effort documents.
  • Assess new opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management experience required
  • Technical knowledge and experience reading blueprints, drawings, and floor plans
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Computer skills; MS Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred

Travel Requirements

  • Travel is required; approximately 50 percent travel.

Job Summary/Objective

The Crib Attendant maintains the tools and spare parts used in manufacturing and for installations. Ensures that parts and tools are properly stored, inventoried, receive preventative maintenance and are issued to employees when needed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Receives, stores, and issues parts, hand tools, machine tools, materials, and equipment in industrial setting.
  • Issues tools and equipment to workers and maintains records of tools and parts issued and returned.
  • Locates lost or misplaced tools and parts.
  • Maintains picking records and inventory adjustments in inventory management system.
  • Prepares periodic inventory or maintains perpetual inventory of tools and parts.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving of small packages and trucks.
  • Delivers tools or parts to workers, manually or using hand truck.
  • Marks and identify tools and parts, using identification tag.
  • Manages returned parts including identifying, documenting, re-inventorying parts or returning to the vendor
  • Processes work orders by picking material and receiving and storing the finished goods
  • Works with the EQUIPS team to manage spare parts orders by processing multiple shipments and tracking down missing information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
